I blend multiple approaches to therapy, so that my work fits you. Whether it's unpacking the "what ifs" in your head, navigating multiple relationships, or embracing your authentic queer identity - you deserve to have care that is tailored specifically to you, not just "what's supposed to work". We'll figure out together what that looks like.

We will explore what is most important to you - whether that's slowing anxiety spirals, coping with jealousy in your non-monogamous relationship, or finding the "you-est" version of you. You'll gain new skills from the very beginning - strategies that will increase your sense of calm, confidence, and a deeper sense of safety.

Warm, real, and funny - someone they can trust with things they've never shared with anyone else. Clients appreciate that I hold them with compassion, while also pushing them to look at their problems in new ways. They know that I see myself as a flawed human, just like anyone else, and don't ever assume I know what's best for them.

I specialize in working with anxious people-pleasers, queer folks, and folks in non-traditional relationships. I see individuals, couples, and extended polyamorous relationship structures and love working with anyone who finds themself outside of the bounds of what society deems "normal" - whether that's in the way they think or love. Normal is overrated :)

I became a therapist because I believe that we need connection with others to survive. Humans weren't meant to exist in silos, and I believe that having the perspective of a non-biased person can help people see and explore things in a way they may have never otherwise considered. Plus, life is hard, and we're all along for the ride.

It's important to me that my clients know who I am, because it absolutely makes a difference. As a white, cis-gendered, able-bodied human, it's my duty to recognize my inherent privilege in these areas. And, as a non-Christian, polyamorous, queer woman, I also understand from a personal and professional lens what it's like to not have other people "get" you.
