Have been impacted by depression (including treatment-resistant), anxiety, trauma or complex trauma history, family-of-origin conflict, significant life changes, dementia caregiving, identity crises, chronic illness, ketamine treatment for chronic mental health conditions, and end of life issues. I am queer allied, polyamory friendly, and kink informed.

I have enjoyed exploring my own strengths and resources in therapy, and I love helping others feel supported and capable of facing their challenges.

As a music therapist, I believe music can be a powerful tool for personal insight and growth. With clients who are interested in exploring their relationship with music, I combine talk therapy with music-based experiences.
