I start every session with a grounding exercise to help you feel more relaxed as we get started. I'm a highly structured therapist, so you don't have to worry about any awkward silences with me. My goal is to put you at ease.

I care about people! I've always been passionate about social justice issues, which is why I became a social worker. Therapy changes the world!

I am an EMDR-certified therapist and EMDR consultant, which means I am always learning and honing my skills! I also offer EMDR intensives, which are an opportunity to overcome challenges quickly, rather than spreading therapy out week by week. Outside of work I consider myself to be a creative and enjoy creating art.
