Hi, I’m Grace! I'm a trauma therapist who specializes in helping adults heal and reclaim their authentic selves. My clients are deep thinkers and feelers who feel overwhelmed by past trauma, distressing emotions, and shame. My approach is great for self-aware adults who feel like they "know" everything and want to experience deeper healing.

I have a particular love of working with highly creative, self-aware adults who have lots of knowledge about themselves and feel ready to explore deeper ways of healing.

I've experience my own loss and suffering. To me, therapy is a way to make meaning of my experience through helping and holding others. I consider it an immense honor to bear witness to the pain of others and watch them courageously dream and strive for something new. Time and time again, I am astounded by the resiliency and beauty of the human spirit.
