We'll explore your past experiences and how you came to be the person you are today. We'll understand the meaning behind your difficulties and what can be gained from them, and we'll process emotions left over from unresolved grief and trauma.

I tend to work with people who are unsure of their identity and purpose. They've experienced trauma and adversity and struggle with self-worth and unhealthy relationships, and are tired of letting their past, society, or other people define them.
