My role is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment that provides you room to discover how to build and sustain the positive and healthy life you desire. My goal is to ensure each session provides you with value.

Sessions are geared towards gaining deeper insights, developing new skills, and/or providing a clear direction to move toward. We will work to quickly identify the root cause(s) of the issue and set up a change plan to get you where you need to go.

I specialize in working with people who are dealing with relationship issues, trauma, and those who are navigating major life changes as well as those who are struggling with depression and anxiety.

Psychology and human behavior has always interested me. Now, I get to help people apply these learnings in ways that enhance their lives.
